Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern the transport services provided by Flyline Services.

Booking

Every booking is firm upon written confirmation (email).

Prices

Prices in euros, all taxes included (driver, fuel, tolls, airport charges).

Cancellation

Transfers and shuttles: free of charge up to 24h before the service. After that, 50% of the amount may be invoiced.

Coach hire (groups)

Full payment confirms the booking and is due no later than 10 days before the service (immediately for any booking made less than 10 days in advance). If the client cancels up to 5 days before the service, 75% of the amount remains due; less than 5 days before, 100% remains due. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to geral@flylineshuttleservices.com.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 2° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services supplied on a specific date. The booking is firm upon written confirmation.

Complaints

Any complaint must be sent in writing to geral@flylineshuttleservices.com. Flyline Services undertakes to respond within 14 days.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the district of Flyline Services' registered office, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.

Insurance

Flyline Services and its partner carriers hold valid professional liability and passenger transport insurance.
