Madrid: Private Transfers, Districts and Experiences

Madrid lives late and is best explored on foot — but arriving at Barajas, with its four terminals, requires planning. A driver waiting at the right terminal transforms the start of your stay.

Here is what our clients ask most: the true cost of a transfer, the best districts to stay in and experiences to book in advance.

Getting to Madrid City Centre from Barajas

Madrid-Barajas Airport is 12 km from the centre. Allow 20 to 40 minutes to Gran Vía depending on the time of day — terminals T4 and T4S are furthest from the exits.

Our drivers track your flight and wait for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Waiting time is included (60 minutes after landing).

For groups, the XL van (7 passengers, 7 suitcases) is cheaper than two sedans. For more than 15 people, a minibus is the most economical solution.
